Coordinating the evolution of an integrated platform for internal teams and partner companies across mobile, web, and microservices. Connecting stakeholder needs with architecture decisions, an Expo migration, secure delivery, and responsible AI-assisted engineering.

Architecting and delivering a secure white-label platform for more than 45 pharmacy apps. Integrating KIM, gematik CardLink, and shop systems while reliably processing more than 1,000 e-prescriptions per month.

Building two delivery models for different business needs: a native app with server-driven content and a hybrid WebView platform with authentication, biometrics, secure storage, and Firebase—plus automated store reviews and changelogs.

Developed and supported an enterprise intranet platform with Microsoft Entra ID, native Expo modules, and automated releases. Aligned app and backend teams and enabled a sustainable handover through structured developer onboarding.
